Edward Barber, born in 1969 in Shrewsbury and Jay Osgerby, born in 1969 in Oxford, studied architecture and interior design together at the Royal College of Art in London. In 1996, they created BarberOsgerby their own architectural and design agency. Since then, they have worked together at the crossroads of industrial design, furniture design and architecture.
